Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for the committee to review plans.

All plans and documentation should be submitted electronically.

1)Complete the AC Plan Review Application REMOVE (online form coming Soon)

2)Include all contact information for property owner & contractor including phone number and email address

3)The following documentation should be included with your application:

• Either formal architectural plans or drawn plans
• The plot layout and drawing. It is very important to notate all setbacks.
• The informational pages that address the following or note if an item is not applicable to your situation / project:
• Plot Plan
• Floor Plan
• Elevations of all 4 sides of building/structures
• Additional Information as noted in the application

3)   Mail the  applicable Application Review Fee to the Architectural Committee at P.O. Box 212.
